How long we keep personal data
Renewed Masterpieces does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Renewed Masterpieces does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Renewed Masterpieces, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to firstname.lastname@example.org. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
How we protect personal data
Renewed Masterpieces takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact us via email@example.com.
Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Renewed Masterpieces including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. Additionally, the purchase of any work does not grant permission to mint the piece into an NFT.
Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist but are always welcome to post about the work they purchased💛
We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints, tearing, dents, etc.
As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.
Please read the product descriptions carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase.
If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting - we will do everything we can to make it right. Below are our policies on returns for each product. We honour a 14 day return policy on eligible products. We do our best to offer colour accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Fine Art Prints (eligibility varies): Prints are very delicate (one could say extremely). Our quality control and sanitary standards are quite strict and most cannot be re-sold upon return. Only if prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
Originals (not eligible): All original purchases are final; as they come with a special, personalised gift just for you and Tahlia personally pays a generous amount to ship them directly to your door via courier.
Tapestries (eligible): Woven tapestries are eligible and must be returned in an unused condition. If returned tapestries are deemed unfit upon inspection, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
As per Australia’s consumer protection laws, shipping fees on any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by the studio. Only faulty merchandise or products not covered under consumer guarantee will return shipment be paid by the studio. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases
All paper prints, tapestries and small originals are shipped via Australia Post. Originals over 24” are shipped direct your door via our trusted couriers Pack And Send. Tracking information is provided to you once your order has been dispatched.

Yes, we ship Internationally for free!
*Please note that there are longer than usual delivery times in the Australia Post delivery network and delays may occur.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer express shipping. Australia Post is unable to guarantee express shipping due to the impact of Covid-19 and we have found that for international orders specifically, express shipping does not impact the timeframe in which you will receive the item.
If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible.
My order hasn’t been dispatched yet, can you help me?
Tahlia’s studio team is a small and dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. Please note that on occasion, delays in dispatching orders may occur. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience and thank you greatly for your patience.
The post office is taking a long time, where is my order?
The world continues to be impacted by COVID-19 and subsequent shipping delays are occurring. We have no control over the timeframe in which your order will be delivered. All we can do for you is to restate the information provided by Australia Post’s tracking page. You are provided with this tracking information when your order is fulfilled.
Duties and taxes
The studio is operated in Victoria, Australia and is not liable for import fees on any products purchased. This includes but is not limited to the commissioning of a custom piece, originals and merchandise.
It is your responsibility to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. If you refuse to pay these additional amounts, your delivery will be returned to us. Provided that the product is in its original condition, we will refund you the cost of your purchase (minus the costs of shipping to your country).
Items are declared at purchase value for exporting and under no circumstance will documents be falsified.
We are unable to ship orders under $499 again for free if your parcel was uncollected from your local post office, the address was incorrectly added at checkout or customs and import duties were not paid.
The cost to reship unclaimed artwork varies between countries, but you can expect anywhere from $10-$50AUD depending on your location.
